As a key member of our agency, you will drive growth through meaningful customer meetings, appointments, and reviews. You will enhance the lives of our customers by proactively reaching out to assess their insurance and financial needs. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you can guide customers in making informed decisions about their coverage, helping them to spend their premium dollars wisely. Your efforts will make a significant difference in customers' lives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
Provide consultations on comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and their insurance needs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1+ years of experience in insurance and financial services.
Extroverted with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Licenses in property & casualty as well as life & health insurance preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 per year
