New Business Specialist needed

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a New Business Specialist, you will connect with prospects who are requesting car or home insurance quotes from our agency. We have a high volume of inquiries daily, and we need someone who is motivated by success and sales opportunities. You will receive training on how to explain essential coverage options, ensuring that customers get the most value for their premium dollars.

This role involves extensive conversations with prospects, so an extroverted personality is essential. Join us in growing our agency while improving the lives of our new customers. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Call, email, and text potential customers regarding their home and auto insurance.
Educate new customers about the coverage that is appropriate for their specific situation.
Write new insurance policies for customers across the Southeast.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field is preferred.

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
