Mark P. Miller is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a receptionist.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers' needs.
- Provide administrative support, including savings files, scanning, and uploading data to State Farm.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- A friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
